March Hair Favorites

DSC00807.JPGI tend to be a hair product junkie. Since I work with hair every single day, I get to try out tons of new stuff every week. Obviously, I love some more than others, so here is this months favorites!

Amika Perk Up Dry Shampoo:This product was kind of like love at first sight. The first time I smelt it, I was obsessed. If you haven’t smelt it yet, you really need to. The dry shampoo is completely clear and I find myself reaching for it pretty much every day.

AG Dry Wax: This is a new product that was released in early march, and has found it’s way into my heart. I use this to give the wave in my hair some extra volume and life as it starts to flatten out throughout the week. (see my review on the whole AG Texture line here)

Paul Mitchell Express Ion 3 in 1: This is my all-time favorite curling iron. I use it (pretty much) every time I curl my hair. It came in a set of 3 size wands, the 1 inch, the tapered 1.25 inch and a really small .75 inch for those tighter ringlets. It heats up to 410 degrees (not that you will ever need it to be that hot) and the barrel is ceramic so it has a very even heat distribution giving you the perfect curl every time.

Paul Mitchell Hot Off the Press: Protection is important. This heat protectant  comes out in an aerosol so it is easy to use, and you are able to get all of your hair covered and protected. It cuts down the frizz in your hair and adds a little bit of hold to your style.

And that’s what I’ve been using this month- a few of them were also featured in my post about how I keep my hair looking good every day. I’ve already started switching things up in my hair routine so I’ll have something to talk about next month, let me know what you love so I can give it a try. (P.S. I know the photography in this post kind of sucks, if you have any tips on taking better pictures pleaseeee let me know)
