This week has been AMAZING temperature- wise. Which in Texan means it was only 85 degrees instead of 100+. Since this rarely happens before December we have all been decked out in our finest fall clothing and drinking those hot lattes like it’s nobody’s business. It also inspired me to do a “fall” themed look using the Jenn Ne Sais Quad palette from Colourpop.
The original quad is sold out, but never fear! I have found some matching shades! I highly recommend these shadows to everyone because the formula is blendable and creamy, and they’re only $5 a pop which means you can experiment with new colors without breaking the bank.
Light Gold (Shimmer)
Medium Warm Brown (Matte)
Maroon (Matte)
Deep Brown (Matte)
For this look, I used the gold color all over the lid, then mixed the maroon and medium brown together on a fluffy blending brush in my crease. Then, added just a touch of the deeper brown (on the same fluffy brush) in the outer corner to add a really diffused depth.
Let me know what you think! Are you embracing the fall already? What is your favorite fall palette?
Love this look! Fall is my favorite time of year, but where I live it is like 75 degrees for a few weeks then all the sudden it feels like winter. I have been reaching for the warm shades in the Kat Von D Shade + Light Eye palette a ton so far.
