Festive MOTD Ft. Jeffree Star Crocodile Tears

I recently ordered the Jeffree Star liquid lipstick holiday collection (because the individual ones were sold out), and I am SO glad I did (you can read the full synopsis here). But when ordering the whole collection I ended up with a green liquid lipstick. I wouldn’t consider myself an adventurous person when it comes to lip colors, so I’ve been curious to see how (or if) I will ever end up using this one.

I have heard that this formula is eye-safe. So, I thought, what better way to embrace the holiday green color than using it as a festive eyeliner to pair with my ugly sweater.

Eyeliner- Jeffree Star Crocodile Tears

Lips- Jeffree Star Chrysanthemum

The only issue I had was, I had to let the layers dry before adding another layer or else I would wipe away some of the pigmentation and it got patchy if I touched it too much.

Overall, I think that this is a super fun look (not just for the holidays) and it was easy enough to do quickly. This is a great way to ease your way into unique liquid lipsticks. What do you guys think? Is this something that you would try?

  1. OH MY GOODNESS seeing crocodile tears as a liner is so pretty! The color is gorg and you’re right way better as a liner opposed to lip gloss, although I still stand by my last comment and Id love to just see what it would look like as a gloss just for giggles! but totally a pretty shade you wear it so well, I also think it has to do with you hair color, it looks so fab together!!!!
